REGULATION on the Department of Economic Policy of the Lviv Regional State Administration
The Department of Economic Policy is a structural subdivision of the Regional State Administration, subordinated to the Head of the Regional State Administration, accountable and is under the control of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine, the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
The main task is to ensure implementation on the territory of Lviv region:
state policy of economic development;
state regional policy;
state policy in the field of public procurement;
state industrial policy;
state policy in the sphere of investment activity;
state policy on supporting the development of small and medium-sized
enterprises, regulatory policy;
state policy in the sphere of trade and consumer markets;
state foreign economic policy;
state innovation policy;
state policy in the field of management of state-owned objects.
