Tasks and functions
Regulation on the Department of Education and Science of the Lviv Regional State Administration
The Department of Education and Science of the Lviv Regional State Administration is a structural subdivision of the Regional State Administration, formed by the order of the Head of the Regional State Administration and ensures the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to it. The Department is subordinated to the head of the regional state administration, and also accountable and controlled by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
The Department coordinates the activities of the education management bodies of the territorial communities of the Lviv region and assists in the fulfillment of tasks and functions entrusted to them. The main tasks of the department are realization of the state policy in the fields of education and science.
