In order to mark and encourage employees and labour collectives who have achieved high professionalism and significant success in industrial, scientific, state, military, creative or other activity fields, or who have any other achievements in capacity building of the region, Lviv Regional State Administration has established the following awards:

The decision to award is made by the head of Lviv Regional State Administration by issuing an order.

The application for an award is submitted by enterprises, institutions, and organizations, notwithstanding the forms of ownership and management.

The procedure for presentation and awarding of Thanks, as well as awarding of the Certificate of Honour is regulated in accordance with the provisions formalized by the Head of Lviv Regional State Administration from May 31, 2011 No. 488/0/5-11 as amended.
