The department for working with citizens' appeals of the Regional State Administration apparatus is a coordination and methodical center for organizing work with written and oral appeals from citizens, and their personal reception.

Pursuant to the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated February 7, 2008 No. 109 "On priority measures to ensure the implementation and guarantee of the constitutional right to apply to state authorities and local self-government bodies" on the web page you will be able to find the necessary information on the requirements of the legislation regarding the correct processing of applications and organization of work with appeals from citizens in the Regional State Administration, the procedure for conducting personal receptions of citizens by officials according to approved schedules, clarifications and consultations on the most urgent issues raised by citizens in appeals.

For the prompt consideration of your appeals, in particular issues that fall within the competence of local authorities, the web page includes schedules for personal citizens' reception by the Regional State Administration management and heads of structural subdivisions of the Regional State Administration, heads of district state administrations, and cities of regional significance mayors.

In order to ensure the proper interaction of the Regional State Administration with the region residents and to improve the quality of the administrative services provision in accordance with the requirements of the road map, we recommend that before a personal reception or a written appeal to a higher-level authority, you should first contact the local authority or the corresponding structural subdivision of the region level, explaining the essence of the raised question.

If you want to receive an official answer, the necessary information or to raise a personal issue that needs consideration, your appeal must be made in accordance with the procedure specified in Art. 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On Appeals of Citizens". Therefore, we advise you to apply with an official written request with your signature and residential address, displaying the results of the preliminary review and attaching (if necessary) additional materials and copies of documents that are necessary for review and decision-making on the merits. Such an appeal will be registered in the Citizen Appeals Department of the Regional State Administration Office. The appeal is submitted by a citizen in person (or through a person authorized for this purpose) or sent by post to an address: 79008, Lviv, 18 Vynnychenka St., Regional State Administration.

Pursuant to Clause 9 of Article 1 of Decree No. 109 of the President of Ukraine dated February 7, 2008, and for the purpose of prompt response to citizens' acute problems, a hotline was introduced at the Citizen Appeals Department of the Regional State Administration at phone number (032) 299-92-44 (open daily, except weekends and holidays 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.).

On the personal initiative of the Regional State Administration head on March 5, 2015, the emergency help line under the single telephone number "112" became operational in the region. By calling only this number, residents of Lviv Region can receive prompt assistance.
