Pursuant to the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information" dated 13.01.2011 No. 2939-VI, the Decree of the President of Ukraine "Issues of Ensuring Access to Public Information by Executive Authorities" dated 05.05.2011 No. 547/2011, the Decree of the President of Ukraine "On priority measures to ensure access to public information in auxiliary bodies created by the President of Ukraine" No. 548/2011 of 05/05/2011, in Lviv Regional State Administration operates the department of office work and document management, which organizes access to of public information, is responsible for consideration, processing, accounting the requests for information received by Lviv Regional State Administration. Responsible people are defined in each structural subdivision of Lviv Regional State Administration, the task of which is to ensure access to public information by requesters.
