Therefore, it is essential to have an alternative, reliable tool with notifications to monitor the situation. The app receives alarm information directly from the regional administrations of Ukraine. This allows people to react to danger as quickly as possible.

The Telegram channel of Civil Protection "Alert CZ" allows for informing the population about the beginning and end of air raids.

► To do this, you need to enter "Alert CZ" in the search bar of the Telegram channel or simply follow the link from your internet browser: t.me/dczloda. That's it! Now you are subscribed to the general notifications distribution.

► In any case, the "Air Alert" signal means we must take the following actions:

If you are at home, turn off the lights and gas, take important documents, necessary medicines, some food and water, and go to the nearest shelter.
Also, inform your neighbors and people with disabilities. Help them get to the shelter.
Stay in the shelter until the next siren signal, which indicates the end of the air raid! Do not leave until the command "Air Raid Over" is given.

With the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the mobile application "Air Alert" has been developed and launched to enable rapid response to the start and end of air raids.

How the app works:

The operator of the regional military administration receives an air raid signal.
The operator immediately transmits the information to the control center.
The app sends an alert to users who have selected the corresponding region.
Once the operator sends a signal to lift the alert, users of the app receive the corresponding notification.

Install the app Grant it permission to send notifications and important alerts. Select the area within which you want to receive notifications. Track the start and end of air alerts.

With correct settings, the app will loudly notify you about air alerts, even if your smartphone is in silent mode. The app does not require registration, does not collect personal data or geolocation data. The app is available for all regions of Ukraine and also offers the option to receive alerts for specific districts or territorial communities.

The app can be downloaded for both Android and iOS platforms.
