Order of the head of Lviv Regional State Administration " On approval of the Regulation on the Department of Fuel and Energy and Energy Saving of the Lviv Regional State Administration"
Tasks and functions:
Department of the fuel and energy complex, energy efficiency and housing and communal services is a structural subdivision of the regional state administration, subordinate to the Head of the Regional State Administration, accountable and under the control of the Ministry of Energy industry of Ukraine and the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
The main tasks of the Department are to provide on the territory of Lviv Region realisation of state policy, namely:
Ensuring the implementation of state policy in the areas of the fuel and energy complex, energy efficiency and housing and communal services on the territory of the region.
Analysis of the state and trends in the development of the sectors of the fuel and energy complex, energy efficiency and housing and communal services and making proposals to the head of the Regional State Administration, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine and the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine regarding the determination of priority directions for their further development, performance of works and provision of services, improvement of their quality and increase of their competitiveness.
Coordination of the work of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex, housing and communal services.
Development of projects of annual, medium-term, long-term programs in the fuel and energy sector, energy efficiency and housing and communal services.
Generalization and introduction of proposals for the formation of a state or regional order for the production of products and the provision of services of fuel and energy sector, energy efficiency and housing and communal services
