Activity information
Tasks and functions
The Department of Road Management of Lviv Regional State Administration is a structural subdivision of the Regional State Administration, formed by order of the Head of the Regional State Administration and ensures the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to it. The department is subordinate to the head of the regional state administration, and is also accountable and under the control of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
In its activities, the Department is guided by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of the Ministry of Infrastructure and other ministries, orders of the head of the regional state administration, other normative legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
The Department coordinates the activities of territorial bodies of ministries and other central executive bodies in the field of road management and assists in the performance of tasks and functions assigned to them.
The main tasks of the Department are the implementation of state policy in the field of road management.
