In remote, new areas of cities, small towns and villages, sirens or other information measures cannot be heard everywhere. Therefore, it is necessary to have an alternative reliable tool with notifications to control the situation. The application receives information about alarms first-hand — from the regional administrations of Ukraine. This enables people to react to danger as quickly as possible.

The civil defence channel on Telegram "Civil Defense Alert" allows you to inform people about the beginning and end of the air alert. Joining us is very simple: ►To do this, you need to enter Central Alerts in the search bar of the Telegram channel or go from the Internet browser to the link https://t.me/dczloda. That`s it! You are now signed in for general mailing of alerts. ► In any case, the "Air Alarm" signal means that we should take the following actions: - If you are at home, turn off the lights and gas, take the documents, the necessary medicines, some food and water and go to the nearest shelter. - Also inform neighbours and persons with disabilities. Help them move to the shelter. - Stay in cover until the next siren signal, which means an air raid warning! Do not leave until the command "The all-clear!" |
With the support of the Ministry of Digitization, the mobile application "Air Alarm" was developed and launched for prompt response to the start and end of alarms. How the app works: 1. The operator of the regional military administration receives an air alarm signal. 2. The operator immediately transmits information to the remote control. 3. The application sends an alarm notification to users who have selected the relevant area. 4. As soon as the operator sends a signal about the alarm bounce, the users of the application receive a corresponding notification. Install the app. Give it permission to send notifications and important alerts. Select the area within what you want to receive notifications. Track the start and end of air alarms. With the correct settings, the application will loudly notify about the alarm even in the silent mode of the smartphone. The application does not require registration, does not collect personal data or geolocation data. All regions of Ukraine are available in the application, and the option to receive alarms only for the selected district or territorial community has been added. |
