Born in 1973. In 1990 he graduated from Lviv secondary school 47. Since 1990 till 1995 - a student of the economic faculty of the Lviv National Agricultural University . Since 1999 till today worked in the Office of Children's Services of Lviv Regional State Administration. In 2004 graduated from the from Lviv Regional Institute for Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration of the President of Ukraine and got Master degree of Public Administration. Since 2017 till 2021 studied in internal (full time) form of postgraduate study at Lviv Politechnic National University , after which he finished his thesis and received a degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration and Governance .

Since August 2, 2000 until that time, the head of the Children's Affairs Service of the Regional State Administration.
