He was born on August 30, 1984 in Novosilky village, Sambirskyi district, Lviv region. He graduated:Lviv State Institute of Physical Culture (2005), Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (2009), Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (2014). Sport activity: Master of Sports of Ukraine in karate; Champion of Ukraine in karate among students (2005). Work experience: chief specialist of physical culture, organizational work and sport facilities department (2006-2011), Deputy Head of financial support for organizational and personnel work department (2011-2015), chief specialist of the sports and events department (2015-2018), Head of the Physical Culture and Sports (Youth and Sports) Department of the Lviv Regional State Administration (from 2018); pert-time teacher of Ivan Boberskyi State University of Physical Culture of Lviv (2020).Social activity: Deputy Head of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) branch of Ukraine in the Lviv region (from 2018); member of the Guardianship Board of Communal Institute of Lviv Regional Board “Lviv Professional College of Sports”(from 2020). State and industry awards: Certificate of Honor of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (2020) Awards of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Ukraine (2019, 2020, 2022).
